Recently, news came from the Wazhou High-Speed Railway Bearing R&D project team that the company has developed axle box bearings for the CR450 train set platform. These products have passed the type test for high-speed railway bearings and have achieved good results, filling the gap in domestic high-speed railway bearing testing.

It is known that, in response to the key and special characteristics of the high-speed rail bearings, the Wazhou project team, during the design stage, conducted multiple scheme design comparisons and related simulation analyses to determine the optimal design solution. Through technical breakthroughs in various aspects such as product structure design and micro-optimization, the high-speed performance and reliability of the bearings were improved. At the same time, advanced cutting-edge grinding methods like切入式 grinding and network texture ultra-finishing were adopted during the manufacturing process, which enhanced the forming accuracy of the working surface of the bearings and improved their high-speed performance, ensuring the consistency of the bearing quality. Through relevant tests at a speed of 450 km/h, the application performance of the bearings fully met the operational requirements of the CR450 high-speed train set.
