Recently, the 16,800-ton automatic production line at the Qingdao factory of the First Automobile Casting and Forging Division has made progress in its commissioning process. The production line has achieved a breakthrough of 200 pieces per shift, and the production efficiency has significantly improved, laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale mass production.
During the production commissioning phase, the Forging Division established a professional project team and fully utilized digital and intelligent tools such as online detection and online monitoring. Through big data analysis, they continuously optimized the process plan. The project team adopted a full-process control model of "parameter warning - process optimization - quality traceability" to ensure the reliability of the equipment and the process. In response to the challenges such as low equipment compatibility and process fluctuations in the initial commissioning stage, the technical team at the Qingdao factory responded quickly, improved the automatic lubrication system and the upper die cam signal device on the main machine, completed the first round of technical research and development within two weeks, and at the same time, conducted operator training to enhance the operators' operational standardization and consistency, promoting an increase in product qualification rates.

"Currently, the 16,800-ton automatic production line is operating stably, and multiple indicators meet the requirements for mass production." As the largest-tonnage automated forging production line in China, its successful commissioning not only improved production efficiency but also provided a solid guarantee for subsequent capacity expansion.
