The two core components of a mechanical transmission system are bearings and gears. To ensure the reliability of the component's use and enhance the forging technology level of bearing and gear parts in China, the China Forging Association is scheduled to hold the "2025 China Typical Forged Parts Advanced Manufacturing Technology Forum - Bearing and Gear Forgings" special forum in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province from October 27th to 29th, 2025.
This forum, with the theme of "Boundless Transmission · Linking the Future", focuses on the manufacturing of forgings in fields such as automotive hub bearings and gears, wind power bearings and gears, robot bearings and gears, railway bearings and gears, aerospace bearings and gears, and machine tool bearings and gears. The forum will carefully arrange a series of cutting-edge industry reports and technical lectures around hot topics of concern to forging enterprises, such as "Advanced Forging Processes and Technologies", "Process Optimization and Quality Control", "Key Mold Design and Optimization", "Selection of Steel and Lubricants for Bearings and Gears", "Optimization of blanking Methods", and "Construction and Operation of Green Production Lines".
The conference visited Zhejiang Wandin Precision Technology Co., LTD. (specializing in automotive forged hub bearings and hub outer rings) and Zhejiang Wanliyang Co., LTD.
