On December 9th, a reporter visited the site of the third phase of the high-end equipment manufacturing project of Jinrui Technology. This project, located in the Steel City Economic Development Zone, is a provincial-level key project for 2025. With a total investment of 3.05 billion yuan and covering an area of 580 acres, it mainly consists of a 10,000-ton press machine project unit, an 80-ton electric furnace production unit, and a cold processing production unit. The main products include main shafts for offshore wind power, transmission shafts for ships, and forged parts for energy equipment.
It is understood that upon full production of this project, it will be capable of achieving an annual output of over 180,000 tons of high-quality, large-sized, and resistant-to-extreme-environmental-conditions advanced forging products. The average annual compound growth rate will reach 15%, enabling a transformation from a "sole wind power product manufacturer" to a "top solution provider and manufacturer in the global transmission field", further consolidating its global industry leadership position. The input-output ratio of the project is 6.6. It is expected that in 2025, the additional output value will increase by 0.5 billion yuan, and in 2026, the additional output value will increase by 2.5 billion yuan, and the additional tax revenue will be 150 million yuan.

The third phase project of Jinlei Technology's high-end equipment manufacturing is a construction plan carried out by the enterprise to break through the existing production capacity bottleneck and promote the extension of the industrial chain to the high-end level. Among them, the first phase project started construction in September 2024 and went into trial operation in August 2025.
The project conforms to the trend of large-scale development in the wind power industry. It collaborates with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to establish a joint R&D center for material manufacturing. By replacing the casting process with a high-performance and lightweight forging process, it breaks through the entire production process of large forgings, meeting the market demands for high-end large-scale forgings in various fields such as wind power, ships, energy, and military industry.
