In June and July of this year, a total of 326,000 sets of the third-generation hub bearings were successfully rolled off the production line and headed for the assembly lines of car manufacturers such as Changan and Chery.
On August 19th, as one stepped into the 6,000-square-meter factory building, four automated production lines were operating at high speed. The mechanical arms precisely grasped the bearing components, and the AGV carts moved along the predetermined tracks to deliver materials. In the key workshops such as grinding and processing, the industrial-grade air conditioning systems maintained the temperature within the range of 25℃ ± 2. The heat waves were blocked outside by the reflective insulation coating on the top of the factory building.
Chen Yu, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Changzhui Company, introduced that the new factory mainly focuses on high-end new energy vehicle bearings. It started production in December last year and currently has an annual production capacity of 2.4 million sets, which can achieve an additional annual sales revenue of 200 million yuan.
"The batch of orders scheduled for delivery in August cover 12 new energy vehicle projects such as Changan CPA platform and Chery T22/T26." Xu Xianyou, the factory director of Donggang Branch Factory, pointed at the silver hub bearing units being packed, "Our product delivery completion rate is 100%. Our products feature low torque and lightweight design, enhancing the vehicle's range."
It is reported that from January to July in 2025, Changjiang Bearing delivered an impressive performance report: it achieved new orders of 1.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16%, with a target completion rate of 65%; its operating revenue was 1.043 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12%, with a target completion rate of 61%; and its profit increased by 30%, with a target completion rate of 57%.
