This product adopts advanced forging technology and high-quality materials, with lightweight, high strength and durability as its core features. It is widely used in passenger cars, modified vehicles and racing fields, and is a representative product among domestic forged wheels that combines performance and cost-effectiveness.

BLC high-strength forged wheels are made from the forged blanks of the well-known domestic brand "Peran Forged Wheels", and are precisely forged into shape with the help of a 12,000-ton super-large forging press. By optimizing structural design and implementing strict quality control, the product not only ensures lightweight but also significantly enhances impact resistance and fatigue strength, meeting the demands of harsh road conditions and high-performance driving.

It is made of aviation-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, featuring high specific strength and corrosion resistance. The forged billet is formed by multi-directional forging, with complete metal flow lines and a grain density that is over 30% higher than that of cast wheel hubs.

The core production equipment is a 12,000-ton forging press, which ensures that the material is fully densified under high pressure and eliminates internal defects. When used in conjunction with a CNC five-axis precision machining center, the dimensional accuracy of the wheel hub reaches ±0.05mm.
