In May, the 125MN fast forging hydraulic unit of Lanzhou Stone Super Alloy Company was officially put into operation. The unit, with its super-strong pressure of 10,000 tons and intelligent genes, integrates intelligent process systems, digital twin systems, online detection systems, and carbon footprint tracking systems, creating a full-chain system of "material research and development - process innovation - equipment manufacturing - technical services". Further enhance China's independent manufacturing capacity for high-end forgings and contribute to the high-quality development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.

The 125MN rapid forging hydraulic press adopts an innovative prestressed inclined double-column upward pressure type main machine, integrating four modes (manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and interlocking), and five core modules (prestressed inclined double-column upward pressure type main machine, hydraulic control system, electrical control system, fully hydraulic rail-mounted forging manipulator, and fully hydraulic rail-free loading and discharging machine) work efficiently in coordination. It can meet the forging requirements of advanced materials such as 20t grade titanium alloy, 25t grade high-temperature alloy and 40-ton grade stainless steel. With the advantages of equipment such as a forging frequency of 80 times per minute, a 3-minute upsetting holding time, and ±5℃ aerospace-grade temperature control, it meets the high-precision forming requirements of products. The operation is efficient and reliable, helping customers seize market opportunities first.

Four intelligent systems work together to build a modern forging system. The intelligent process system adopts AI algorithms and self-developed material databases to dynamically optimize the digital twin system of the entire process parameters in real time, improving the forging steps and enhancing the efficiency of process planning. The digital twin system adopts 5G+ industrial Internet of Things technology to achieve millisecond-level synchronization of production data and support predictive maintenance of equipment and intelligent production scheduling. The online detection system can monitor the size and temperature of the forgings in real time and precisely control the forging process. The carbon footprint tracking system establishes a digital passport for the entire product life cycle, achieving efficient resource utilization and green emission reduction, and building a green "intelligent manufacturing" ecosystem.

Relying on the 10,000-ton advanced nickel-based alloy material production line for high-end equipment jointly invested and built by Lanzhou Petrochemical Machinery Group, Lanzhou Petrochemical Machinery Super Alloy Company and Jinchuan Nickel Alloy Company, combined with the company's two special steel production lines of 30t electric arc furnace +45tLF furnace +30tV0D furnace and 10t electric arc furnace +A0D, and linked with its own forging equipment such as 125MN, 50MN and 10MN, Build a vertical industrial chain of "nickel ore - smelting - deep processing - high-end equipment", accelerate the formation of effective production capacity, and provide customers with comprehensive solutions for new metal materials.
