On August 28th, Dreyson Technology, a leading domestic cleaning appliance company, officially announced its foray into the automotive industry. Its first ultra-luxury pure electric product will rival the Bugatti Veyron and is scheduled to make its debut in 2027, with the goal of "establishing a new order in the ultra-luxury market as a 'Chinese brand'".

Dreame stated that the company will continue to make long-term investments in the automotive field. Currently, it has formed a car-making team of nearly a thousand people and is continuously expanding. At the same time, it emphasized that the choice of the first product to enter the market with an ultra-luxury model is based on a comprehensive consideration of Dreyger's accumulated technical strength in the field of smart hardware over the years and its brand's global layout. This time, Dreame's foray into car manufacturing is also aimed at overseas markets. It is reported that currently, Dreame has established 6,000 offline channels in over 100 countries around the world and has a user base of 30 million, which can bring a huge advantage of domestic and overseas network channels for future product sales. From smart cleaning devices to smart cars, what gives Dreame the confidence to make such a cross-industry move? Dreame stated that as a technology enterprise starting from intelligent cleaning equipment, Dreame has achieved technological migration to automotive electric drive systems, intelligent cockpits, and autonomous driving, relying on its profound accumulation in core technologies such as high-speed digital motors, AI algorithms, and robot sensing and control. As of May 2025, Dreame has obtained 3,155 globally authorized patents and has cumulatively applied for 6,379 patents. These achievements have provided solid support for its entry into the automotive field. In addition, in terms of team building, Dyson Auto has formed a cross-industry talent team covering R&D, manufacturing and quality control. It not only includes the core R&D personnel of the original intelligent hardware business, but also has introduced senior experts from the traditional vehicle manufacturing field, forming an organizational structure driven by the dual genes of "intelligence + manufacturing". It can not only efficiently promote technology transfer and integrated innovation, but also ensure the professionalism and maturity of the R&D, mass production and quality control links.
